The book that had a really profound effect on me was " Fish: A memoir of a boy in a man's prison" by TJ parsell. I am also into paranormal and metaphysical topics

Not too much to watch on mainstream TV, its mostly crap. I like documentries, talk shows when they do important or inspiring topics, stuff on sundance, history channel; channels like that. Big love, weeds, south park
